In 2011, XN was acquired by the Henner Group, an international insurance leader and Third Party Administrator with offices in Paris, Singapore, Dubai and other world capitals. Together, they now form one of the world’s largest companies specializing in expatriate insurance and administrative platforms for healthcare products, as well as property and casualty solutions.
The challenge
Creating, configuring and testing products is a tedious process that is costly and lengthy because there are no tools that are easy to learn and use that enables quick creation and customization of products.
Configuring new requirements into systems require contacting tech support or lots of heavy coding as there are no visual tools available for UI/UX design that is specialized in insurance.
The solution
CoverGo set up its pioneer product – CoverStudio with its own: No-code product builder, No-code template builder, No-code form builder.
This allowed the MGA to customize the CoverAdmin system on the fly and build products using a visual drag-and-drop builder with pricing and underwriting rules.
