Growth and Sustainability
We celebrated our first cashflow-positive quarter in Q4 2024, marking a significant financial milestone and demonstrating the financial sustainability and efficiency of our business. This achievement was further underscored by record-breaking revenues in 2024, reflecting the success of our company over the past year.
New Clients and Partnerships
We onboarded a number of new clients in our key markets across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and North America while growing our partnership with existing clients and new partners such as Google, highlighting the scalability of our platform across different markets and partners.
New Products Launched
We proudly launched CoverGo Distribution, a next-generation platform designed to enable omnichannel distribution of insurance products and enhance efficiency for insurers. In addition, we introduced CoverGo Claims, a cutting-edge platform redefining health insurance claims management, with new clients already adopting both platforms.
Team Strength
Our team expanded to over 150 talented members representing 35 diverse nationalities, underscoring our commitment to building a global and inclusive workforce. We also strengthened our leadership team with the addition of Louis Lee as our new Managing Director for the APAC region and we celebrated record-high Net Promoter Scores (eNPS), reflecting a thriving workplace culture and exceptional team satisfaction.
Delivery Success
Thanks to increasing platform maturity and improved delivery, we enhanced customer satisfaction and provided even greater value to our clients. This progress was complemented by the expansion of our platform adoption and the facilitation of broader use cases among our existing customers, empowering them to maximize the benefits of our innovative solutions.
Global Recognition
Our achievements were recognized by the most prestigious industry awards such as Top 10 Insurtech by Fortune, Top 150 Insurtech Worldwide by CNBC, InsurTech100 for the fourth year by FinTech Global, and many others. Our CEO Tomas Holub was also named Top 10 Insurtech Leader in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East by InsurTech Digital and Gen.T Leader of Tomorrow by Tatler Asia.
